Many of our unsheltered neighbors aren't able to come to us, so our Outreach Team goes to them. Volunteers work alongside staff to meet people where they are, offering water, essentials, and help navigating shelter and other services. Volunteers may also join us when we respond to calls from nearby businesses. We value these community partnerships, and we approach every situation with dignity and compassion for the people we serve. That can include helping clean up the area, talking with individuals staying near a business, sharing resources, working with our team toward a solution that supports both the individual and the business.
