Hunger and food insecurity continue to rise in Arizona. Our kitchen is the largest commercial kitchen in Arizona, preparing thousands of nutritional, hot meals every day. This central location is responsible for providing meals to all four St. Vincent de Paul Dining Rooms and over 36 partner social services agencies, supplying vital meals to individuals throughout the state. Age restriction is 9-13 with an adult and 14 on own. Adults with children between the ages of 9 and 13 must stay with and volunteer alongside the children for the duration of the service. Must wear close-toed shoes with rubber soles. No tank, halter, or tube tops. Shorts, skirts, skorts, and pants must be knee-length. This volunteer opportunity is not available to volunteers who are completing community service hours that are court-ordered or to fulfill probation requirements.
